NİYAZİ HASAN BULUT TACTICIAN
Bulut began his sailing career in 2007 with Marmaris Sailing Club and transferred to Galatasaray Sailing Club in 2010. Representing Turkey in numerous national and international events in the Optimist and Laser classes, he achieved significant success and earned medals for his country.
He completed his undergraduate education at Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 2020 and further strengthened his academic background by earning a Master’s degree with honors from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne in 2024. He currently continues his professional career as a practicing lawyer.
Actively pursuing his athletic career, Bulut competes in sportsboat and J/70 classes in Turkey, and in IRC and ORC classes internationally. He serves as tactician aboard the J/70 On the Rocks.
