Deniz Saraç

DENİZ SARAÇ MAIN SAILOR

The youngest member of Team ASPAT, Deniz is 17 years old and continues his studies at VKV Koç High School. He started sailing in 2016 at Kaş Sailing Club in the Optimist class. Currently, he is a licensed athlete of the Istanbul Sailing Club ILCA 6 A Team. Deniz successfully represents his club in national and international competitions and has been part of the crew that has won the IRC2 Trophy for two consecutive years with Ant Yapı Sailing Team and Team SENSEI. Since the team’s formation, he has been competing with Team ASPAT in J/70 races as the main sailor, taking over the helm whenever the helmsman cannot participate.
